The plans for the six storey development of 116 dwellings on the Glyn Hopkin Nissan car sale site, had been agreed by the Council in October last year.  Apparently Glyn Hopkin Nissan cannot agree the compensation payments of £618,000 which were the payments the Council insisted on before they allowed any development to proceed.  Glyn Hopkin Nissan have appealed to the Government against the failure of the Council to allow them to proceed with the development.
