Network Rail’s bridgework on the Leyton Midland Bridge has produced more congestion and delay in the High Road.  It is planned for another 8 weeks.  Why could they not have done this last year?   As one resident said “It will cause an almighty shambles in the run up to the Olympics”. 

Focus says:  Surely the Council should have notified Network Rail that congestion in this area at this time should have been avoided.
